Universal Service Administrative Company administers funding for schools to receive a grant for telephone and access to the internet.
ZTRC has been helping schools with E-Rate since 2002. We offer a full range of technology improvements and
support for participants in the E-Rate program.

o VoIP Telephone systems by RingCentral, Intermedia, Cytracom, et. al.
Category Two:
Internal Connections
o All eligible data center equipment and software. WIFI by CISCO, Meraki, Dell
(SonicWALL), or Netgear
Basic Maintenance
o Scheduled On-site support, Remote support, and OEM maintenance agreements
